[NMCycling] Yellow line elucidations

This is why I'm a tattle tale about yellow line violations. I understand if you get pushed out but that means move back. I memorize the numbers of those who cross and move up deliberately. If you're hit by an oncoming truck it will probably ruin you, but who cares about your instant karma. Your body will go spinning through the pack like a wet sack of broken bowling pins, hurting people who didn't deserve it, like me.
