[NMCycling] USA Cycling BAR National Masters Champion-Mindy Caruso

Congratulations & a shout-out to Albuquerque's Mindy  Caruso who won Best 
All-Around Rider last week at the National Masters  Road championships in 
Utah. First in the TT, second in the Road Race and fourth  in the Crit for 
women 40-44. She doubled the points of her closest competitor.
