[NMCycling] Found: Speedplay Cafe Covers

Pro tip - walk on new Speedplays long enough to scuff them up a little.
Then apply Shoe Goo to the metal surfaces in several layers.  Keep adding
layers every 2 weeks or so as it wears down.  You'll always have a walkable
surface, and the outer plate and screw heads never wear down.
