[NMCycling] R: Re: Road race promoters- only need read this

In different occasions MTB and road races were promoted during the same w-end, even if there were times with no races for 2 or 3 weeks in a raw. 

Considering that in NM there are not thousands of riders, and several people race both MTB and RR I don't think it is a bad idea to "optimize" the calendar.
