[NMCycling] Cycle cross series clarification.

Dear cyclocross racers,

Some clarification on the points.

I have been asked how the point system for this year is working.

Due to the the fact that nothing was put out before the racing started as
to the who, how, why, and races that count, we will leave it at 'all races
count towards the series win'.
