[NMCycling] Regional Cyclocross Championship Races Delayed

Due to the heavy snow, the start of the first race will be postponed 
until 12pm (noon).  Depending on road and course conditions, the race 
may need to be cancelled.

We're going to be evaluating the conditions to determine the best course 
of action.  If the race is going to be cancelled, we'll send another 
email ASAP and no later than 9am.

Should be epic!
