[NMCycling] NMRS Jersey Winner Sizes

I still need jersey sizes for the following folks:

Kyle Johnson
PJ LaMariana
Kevin Quattlebaum
Steve Alschuler
Alejandro Gomez
Jerry Garcia
Marcel Berger
Fortunato Ferrera
Sara Lough
Aileen El Kadi
Crista Marsh

I need your sizes by December 21 (NEXT MONDAY).  If I do not receive a
response I will order what I think is appropriate.

The jerseys are Primal brand, and they are all MENS sizes.
