[NMCycling] Returning Official's Refresher

The New Mexico Bicycle Racing Association will be hosting a Returning
Official's Refresher Clinic for returning already licensed USA Cycling
officials on Sunday, March 1, 2015.

have any questions.  Attendees will need to bring a pencil and notebook to
take notes on the presentation.
