[NMCycling] Tubeless recommendations?

Hello!


I'm considering going tubeless on my road bike now that I'm upgrading to 11 (Ultegra) and wonder if anyone has some recommendations or caveats.


Interested in both prebuilt and hand built options. We have no goathead plants in Hawaii, but do have kiave thorns. That said, however, I haven't had a flat in 10 years with regular tires and tubes.


These will be daily wheels. I don't race anymore, but I do want the wheels to be reasonably light and sturdy.


Why ask the NM racing-cycling community instead of the one in Hawaii?  Well, because I miss you all :) and the cycling community and shops in the island are way way too focused on triathlon gear and bikes. Road bikes? Non aero equipment? What is that?
