[NMCycling] Confusing results

Olga,  Tape reviewed (yet again) and the results are corrected and sent to Charlie.  I think Charlie is out of town and I am not sure who he designated to handle this situation.  Olga, you did get second on the race and the Gold since first place was not eligible for the medals.  Dot Philp came in third (Silver medal) and Elisa Wood came in fourth (Bronze medal).  I apologize for the error and appreciate your patience.
