[NMCycling] Directions Needed

Thinking of riding down from Santa Fe tomorrow to watch my daughter at 
the State Track and Field Championships.  Suggestions on how to get from 
Pan American/2nd St to UNM track stadium?  Google maps recommends 2nd to 
Alameda to N Channel trail to Yale, Gold, Buena Vista and Ave Cesar 
Chavez.  Trying to balance traffic/safety with minimal stop signs/slow
