[NMCycling] Stolen bike question

When I was in grad school at UNM 15 yrs ago a number of bikes were stolen down there that had u-locks on them. They'd blast the sides with freon and then slip a small hydraulic jack in between and voila - the steel would snap. If someone's determined enough...
