[NMCycling] Roosevelt CX I Sunday 11-29

The Roosevelt CX is on for Sunday as we have enough RSVPs.  It will proobably be a bit muddy in spots as we are expecting some rain on Friday.  Free, not USAC, not part of the NMCX series, but should be pretty cool.  Course is mostly fast and open with a couple of tight bits and a couple of runups.
