[NMCycling] TNCX and weather

Deadman TNCX will go off rain or shine.  I rode the course up there in the intermittent drizzle on Sunday (after forgetting my shoes for the NMCX series race.)  It was fine.  If there is a risk of severe lightning or hail we may cancel.  (Like two weeks ago)  If in doubt text me at 25nine688five.  If it stays dry it should be nice and tacky from sunday.
