[NMCycling] Cross results

Sorry for the delay, but there has been some issues with junior results as
well as the 3/4 women. I am working with USAC to fix that problems. Also
people not in the right age group.
Remember your cross racing age is the age you turn in 2016.

The new format for the juniors is as follows.
9-10
11-12
13-14
15-16
17-18

New women format is
Pro/1/2/3
Cat 4 only.
