[NMCycling] Continental Divide Trail

It does take a few clicks to vote, but NM is in a very tight race for
$25,000 of trail building money.  The CDT provides recreational
opportunities for mountain biking, hiking, fishing and horseback riding
while our closest competitors are not open to bikes (or horses).

Please consider voting today, and every day through October.  It's too
close to call right now and every vote will matter.
