We use the Bosque Trail because using Rio Grande would be prohibitively expensive terms of the number of police officers required by the city.

All of the rides will be using the Bosque Bike Trail from Mountain north to Alameda trailhead and returning south to the start/finish area downtown. For those of you who may be participating, you may notice some detour signs as you approach Montano Blvd. Theses sign are meant to redirect bicycle traffic coming onto the trail from the eastbound bike lane on Montano and who intend to continue traveling eastbound. They are not meant to redirect bicycle traffic traveling north to Alameda. You may safely disregard them.
