[NMCycling] Avoid Golden Eagle and Elk Lodge in Red River

If you've made an online reservation and you haven't received a
confirmation email, you may not actually have a reservation.  They're not
answering phone calls or returning messages.  Their website is nuked as of
last night.  Their recent reviews on TripAdvisor are horrible.  -
reservation screw-ups, wretched rooms etc.
