[NMCycling] Animal danger on Diversion Trail north of Menaul

There is an animal the size of a 30 lb dog that I've encountered twice now
on the diversion trail in the last two nights.  It is spooked by headlights
and runs along and across the trail.  Tonight it cut across the trail in
front of me and my front wheel brushed it at 23 mph.  If it had darted
across the the trail a split second sooner I'd be at the hospital right now.

Keep an eye along the side of the trail just north of Menaul.  I'm
concerned that someone is not going to be as lucky as I was.  I've called
Animal Control but I'm not expecting that they'll find it if they go out in
the daytime.
