[NMCycling] Animal danger on Diversion Trail north of Menaul

It's a feral cat colony.  On the other side of the fence for the parking
lot west of the trail, there is a cat shelter and several containers of dry
cat food set out, and a sign stating it's a feral cat colony and not to
disturb.  Either the cats are darting across the trail, or other wild
animals who are attracted by the kibble are.  So slow down just north of
Menaul.  It just takes a cat-sized animal knocking your front wheel a few
degrees to the side and your bike will steer right out from underneath you.
