[NMCycling] NMES ABQ Mix Media BFL registration is now open

All,

  The registration for the NMES ABQ Mix Media BFL is now open at:

Same basic courses as last year. Half is exactly the same and the Full has
some changes on the west side after crossing the river. 

The new GPX tracks are posted at:

Chris is working on an updated description for the full course.
