[NMCycling] Roosevelt CX II course change!!!

Due to heavy snow and snowplows working on the school parking lot for an indefinite period of time, we are moving the Roosevelt CX II to Valle del Bosque Park.  To get there take Cesar Chavez/Bridge St west from I-25 over the river, past Isleta, to Sunset then turn right and go about 1/2 mi to the park.  Time will be delayed until 1:30 in case anyone shows up to the school in Tijeras.
