Yeah you need a 2016.  I have some annual forms or you can do it online.
It is rough to have to bite that bullet this early.  They are slightly
cheaper this year I think if you are used to buying a MTB and road
license.   I think it went from $90 to $70.

I would think so, 2015s expired and we need a license to race,so...I
renewed mine.
