[NMCycling] Oak Leaf MTB Circuit on 7-9 instead?

If you are interested in the Oak Flat but if 7-9 would work better than 7-3 email me off list.  I am ok either way.  I do not think that I would pull anyone from the Chama NMES as it is really long, even the short course is 50mi.  There is a Road TT on 7-10.
