[NMCycling] Roosevelt Online Registration and TNCX info

TNCX is at Deadman PG.  It should be nice and cool up there.  Preride at 6, start at 6:15.  Short loop, beginner friendly, not the big Pine Flat loop.  http://bcdracing.com/cycling/

Online registration is open for the Roosevelt CX on 10-2-16. I am trying an experiment, using Google Forms for registration instead of some online service. (Like the NMES does) This means you will still need to pay at the race even if you are preregistered, but all your info will already be entered, and we will have some idea of how many riders to expect. It also means you/we save a small fee. I ask that riders bring a prefilled USAC release form. If you do not bring a form, you must fill one out first, and then get in line to pay and get your number.
