[NMCycling] Spokettes Women's Only Cyclocross Clinic

Interested in Cyclocross, but not sure where to start?  Already started,
but want to fine-tune your skills?  Or just want to see what all the 'Cross
fuss is about???

New Mexico Spokettes Racing Team and our sponsor, JBV Coaching will be
providing a *FREE* ALL Women's Cyclocross clinic. The clinic will cover
basic skills including:

   - Dismounting & Remounting, including “3 Points of Contact”, the
   “Suitcase”, and Shouldering the Bike: When and How
   - Cornering: How to set up for a corner, proper line choice, pairing
   corners
   - Off Cambered Cornering and Sand Cornering
   - Run Ups and Stairs: how to negotiate these with skill and grace
   - Starts!

Date: Sunday, Sept 18th
Location: Burton Park, Nob Hill ABQ
Time: 9-11 am
Cost: Free

If you don't have a 'cross bike, bring your mountain bike or borrow one.
You won't want to miss out on the fun!
