[NMCycling] KRQE 13 news - bike steal video

Yep, it's time, I watched this same guy in a video in front of Jubilation
and reports of another one the next day in front of frontier, same
backpack.. he is out of control.

If anyone wants to have a little fun let me know.   It would be nice to
figure out where he is taking the bikes, anyone know of a good gps tracker
so we can follow him.
