This seems like a great opportunity for NM (esp. ABQ) to get a great
convention. I've written Udall and Heinreich (US) and Morales (NM)
senators. If someone with more adeptness for writing political requests
could develop a letter that we could share and use to push a proposal it
would be great.
I call Emerald Expeditions but have not gotten through, yet.

It seems that once we get some idea of the process we can get more
opportunity for money coming to NM and support the outdoors we love.
