[NMCycling] Cheap Commuter Bike

Hey all - for a friend, looking for a very inexpensive (like $100) commuter
bike.  Just in case you have a bike you are not using, thought I would
check.  MTB or similar would be best, must be dependable.

 

Thank you - let me know if you might have something that might work for a
5'4" female medical technician.
