[NMCycling] Stolen Cervelo P3 TT bike recovered, who's is it?

I was able to find the owner of the recovered P3 working with Det. Baker of
APD via the serial # of the Stages power meter which they discovered using
bluetooth. The serial # of the bike had been scratched off the carbon
frame. The owner of the bike had purchased Stages crankarm directly from
Stages and we were able to connect the owner and the Stages device. I'll
let Det. Baker contact the owner. Count this as one for the good guys,
particularly Det. Baker for pursuing this. He was genuinely thrilled that
we were able identify the owner. Those of you with power meters might want
to record those serial #'s.
