[NMCycling] TNCs

Criterium interested bike-racers:

TNCs will start Tuesday at the normal Baloon Fiesta Park Location.  Please help spread the word to friends and teamates as this is kind of last minute this year.  They will be permitted with Albq PArks and fully insured, but not with USAC.  I am trying out a new insurance provider.  So, you semiretired cat 2 guys out there can race without buying a license, at least this year.  Course will be closed to cars as normal.  Somewhat less formal than last year, but entry is just $8.
