[NMCycling] Coal rolling in SF

Just a trivial point:

There are two different emission controls used on diesels.  There's a
particulate filter that traps soot and catalyzes it to ash, and there's
nitrous oxide emission control which converts NOx to nitrogen gas and water
(and I think a little ammonia judging from the smell).  The first one is
what you "delete" on modern diesels if you want to roll coal.  The second
one is what VW bypassed for emission testing on its diesels.
