[NMCycling] NMES Chama Redneck Epic update.

Just got a update for the Chama Redneck Epic ride and we are going to cancel this NMES event for this year. Dave Burdette said there are LOTS (~50) of trees down on the course and not sure when they will be cleared. Bummer!!
