[NMCycling] WTB small 29er hardtail frame/bike

Bike racers:
I am looking for a small (15-16) 29er frame (or maybe a bike) for my stepson Noah.  If you have something around let me know.  Probably a hardtail is the best.  His little 1/2 cx bike half MTB could use an upgrade.  Actually I might be up for swapping the cx bike if you need one.
