[NMCycling] Fiesta Cross Sunday - Course Map + More Info

Cyclocross Enthusiasts,

Attached please find the planned course map (note that we may elect to 
make changes during setup).

The race will take place at the north end of Balloon Fiesta park on Sunday.

Plan to access the venue via either San Mateo Blvd or Balloon Fiesta 
Parkway.
