[NMCycling] Last TNC, As RSVP, TNMTB coming etc

Last TNC will be Tuesday 8/7.

Like last week we have a RSVP page for the As to make sure we have enough before scheduling a separate A race.  If you are intenting to do the A race please RSVP by putting your name on this publicly editable spreadsheet.

If we do not have 10 or so we will race the As with the Bs at 6:50PM.  

On 7/14will we will shift to a MTB course also at Baloon Fiesta Park.
