[NMCycling] 2019 NRMS Follow-Up Survey

I'll answer the survey assuming the distinction above.  If the distinction
is different, my answers may be different.  I think many of the current
Masters racers would answer differently depending on the distinction too.

How many Cat 2 Masters racers who are 50+ were active in NM racing this
year?  I'm thinking maybe 2?
