[NMCycling] Hays Apple Farm CX Saturday

The Hays Apple Farm CX is coming up on Saturday.  Part of the NMCX series.  One of the nicest CX venues we have in NM.  This is a 2 start race, but I have tweaked it a bit to let more racers do two races if they want.
