[NMCycling] 2018 Tour of Los Alamos postponed/canceled

Bike Racers:
  Unfortunately 2018 The Tour de los Alamos is being postponed/ cancelled
for the current date due to a major road construction project on the
course, which is predicted to last till October.

USAC is  working with the RD to see if there is another date in 2018 that
will work.  NMBRA will keep you posted.
