[NMCycling] Results (finally) and other TNCX info

Sorry this has taken so long, but I have the results our for the last 4 Tuesday Races, 2 road crits and 2 gravel circuits.  Lots of epic racing in the last month.

Real cyclocross starts on Tuesday at Pine Flat.  I think we have been doing Tuesday CX out there for almost 20 years.  It is becoming a classic.  The Pine Flat TNCXs will be free.
