The Santa Fe Haka, grass root MTB race is 3 weeks away, Saturday September
14. Burly up hill, rowdy downhill, backcountry singletrack. Short loop or
long loop. No entry fee. Bring a friend. Have some fun!

I rode the short course yesterday. I cleared some trail obstacles, I'll
clean up some other sections over the next 3 weeks. The route will take you
on some trails that don't see a lot of traffic. Come out and help burnish
in the fast line.

The Santa Fe Haka MTB marathon is back for a second year. We hope you will
mark your calendar for this year. This year the course will start on
Pacheco Canyon road.

This is grassroots racing. No entry fee, no tee shirt, no podium. Times
will be recorded and posted. Course will be marked. There will be
refreshments at the finish.
