[NMCycling] 2019 Road Series Rule Book

Please disregard the previous Rule Book. Specifically, the date for
Trifecta. I noticed an email, literally seconds after I sent the first
email, that the date for Trifecta has changed.

Please forward this to anyone you may know who doesn't subscribe to this
list serve. AND if they're not on this list serve share the link below on
how to join.
