[NMCycling] TNC results, ladies free next week

Thanks to a grant fro Bike and Sport Racing Team ladies will race free while the grant lasts.  Some chocolate for prizes is also possible.  We are starting to alternate non technical with more curvy courses.  Last Tuesday was NASCAR, next week will have more corners.  The park has been more or less empty so we have has a lot more options on course layout.
