[NMCycling] NMES: Santa Fe Big Friggin Loop

Santa Fe Big Friggin Loop needs a trail coordinator. So for now weare canceling  SFBFL. 
The trail coordinator responsibility: Handle any proposed route changes with GPS tracks.Pre-ride the course and/or know the condition of it.Handle ride day sign-in/out sheet.If needed provide a water stash or SAG supply.
