[NMCycling] Cruces Cross 2019 Canceled

While I understand the fact that in NM, and perhaps elsewhere, early registrations are often a fraction of race day participation, we need to give promoters the benefit of the doubt when making a go/nogo decision.

This is absolutely true when these are simply individuals that are taking a personal financial risk.  I don’t for one second blame anyone for not wanting to go into personal debt for things going bad, when trying to support their team or organization.

It’s not self fulfilling, it is self preservation.

...and this is not meant to inflame a conversation, just a different POV.

For the Prestige SantaCross Race the High Desert Bycicle Team will set up the show even if only the crew and some riders show up.

As a promoters we need to set up a plan and stick to it into the end and most important “Make it Work”.
