[NMCycling] Oak Flat CX

Oak Flat prereg closes tonight at midnight.   YOU CAN STILL RACE AFTER THAT, but it will cost you an extra $10.  
Note that the race is not at the USFS Oak flat Picnic area, it is about a mile east of there in the Juan Tomas Open Space.
