[NMCycling] TNCX results and Oak Flat CX 10/13/19

If you are not going to Boulder or Chupacabras, Oak Flat CX is coming up on 10/13/19.  This one will not be part of the NMCX series because I didn't want to handicap folks who are going to Boulder, and 12 races is a pretty good series already.  Online registration is open.
