[NMCycling] Q about Dome Road

To clarify, AFAIK all NM pueblos have closed their borders and pueblo
roads.  No non residents allowed in, no residents allowed out with certain
exceptions.  I don't believe you can access Dome Road without passing
through Tewa or Cochiti pueblos and using a few miles of Cochiti road.
