[NMCycling] National Survey for COVID-19 tracking

 Hi everyone,

Stanford Medical is conducting a national survey to track the behavior of
COVID-19 as it spreads through our communities.  Please take a few minutes
to fill out the linked survey.  You'll then be sent a daily reminder and
link to update you info.  The daily reminder asks two questions - how you
are doing and do you have any symptoms.  Literally 30 seconds.

Please spread this further than you're spreading COVID-19 :-)
