[NMCycling] My brother needs a road rim brake commuter wheel..

My brother needs a robust inexpensive road bike commuter rear wheel,
shim/sram, 700c rim brake.  He managed to put a proper flat spot in his
thanks to a pothole at night.
I'm fresh out of road wheels so I figured I'd ask around before hitting
ebay.
